All eligible submissions will be judged and ranked using a B.I.G.* Competition judges’ panel comprised of local business professionals. Judging criteria include:

• Innovation-25%
• Utility-15%
• Satisfies a Market Need-15%
• Competitive Assessment-25%
• Commercially Viable-10%
• Next Steps-10%

All applicants will be notified of the panel’s decisions. The B.I.G.* Competition judges’ panel decisions will be final and binding. The B.I.G.* Competition finalists will be notified on or before October 30, 2009.
