All eligible submissions will be judged and ranked using a B.I.G.* Competition judges’ panel comprised of local business professionals. Judging criteria include:

• Innovation — 40%
• Utility — 15%
• Satisfies a market need — 30%
• Commercially viable — 15%

All applicants will be notified of the panel’s decisions. The B.I.G.* Competition judges’ panel decisions will be final and binding. The B.I.G.* Competition semi-finalists will be notified on or before September 21, 2009.
